To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartSpendr and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the app at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
