These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SmartSpendr mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using SmartSpendr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SmartSpendr. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account information up to date.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the normal operation of the Service, using the Service for unlawful purposes, uploading malicious code, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• SmartSpendr may offer premium features through recurring subscriptions.
• Subscriptions may be purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other supported purchase channels made available by SmartSpendr.
• When you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• When you purchase a subscription through Google Play, payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.
• For subscriptions purchased through Apple, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, your account will be charged for renewal in accordance with Google Play's billing terms and the renewal information shown to you at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings, depending on where you purchased the subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period may be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription where permitted by the applicable app marketplace terms.
• Subscription prices, billing periods, and available features may vary by country, platform, taxes, promotional offers, and applicable marketplace rules. The price and terms displayed to you at the time of purchase will govern your purchase.
• If you delete the app, uninstall it, or stop using the Service, your subscription will not automatically cancel. You must cancel through the platform or purchase channel used for the subscription.
• We do not control and are not responsible for billing practices of third-party marketplaces such as Apple or Google. Purchases made through those platforms are also subject to their applicable terms and conditions.
SmartSpendr is provided to help users track finances and spending information for personal informational purposes only. SmartSpendr does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmartSpendr, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or our rights. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
